Introduction

Pr. Ilona Boniwell has written numerous scientific and general public articles on the sciences of happiness, positive education, well-being at work and family life. She has been interviewed for high profile publications such as Le Figaro, The Guardian, The Times, The Sunday Times, TES, The Observer, New Statesman, Top Santé, Cosmopolitan and collaborates internationally with her columns in Psychologies (Russian, English and French) and The Straits Times (Singapore).
